A central challenge was meeting the demand for expansive, open spaces that seamlessly integrated primary entertainment areas and elongated cantilever balconies, offering unparalleled vistas of the city skyline. Several units featured pools and basement levels, tailored to harmonize with the natural terrain and architectural layout.

To realize these ambitious design goals, we opted for reinforced concrete frames and slabs complemented by infill masonry walls. The rooftop, constructed of concrete, was also designed to double as a communal entertainment area for select units, further enhancing the living experience.
