His extensive background includes Civil and Structural Engineering design and research across the USA and Jamaica, where he contributed to cutting-edge research and led design teams on multimillion-dollar projects, integrating a wide array of structural materials with the latest production software. Beyond his industry achievements, Nicolas serves a pivotal role as Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at the University of the West Indies, Mona, where he plays a crucial part in shaping the next generation of engineers.
